Very bad

I feel so cheated. I order Grilled cheese stuffed that states included 3 Cheese Stuffed beef but mine came with 2 burned patties and there re no cheese stuffed. The yogurt orange juice drink is plain diluted yogurt, and they described it yogurt orange juice drink ?! The food also taste very plain.
