宫爆鸡丁提前打电话要微辣，还是太辣了，如果只有辣的味道就是辣子鸡丁了，宫爆的味道没有了。但食材正宗份量很足，大块的鸡肉和葱段花生米，不像其他餐馆是鸡米粒和胡萝卜丁，青椒丁，莴笋丁。
