please read the instruction note carefully. i asked for no lettuce, extra onion & extra sauce plus on side. i got lettuce--ew, straight to trash w/ dressing. onion wasnt cooked. where is the sauce??

i hope to see this consistency at all times. it is really good when everything is made correctly. carmelized onions are the best, raw isnt good.
