The restaurant sent the wrong item to me and didn’t admit their mistake！(I even showed them the photo of the wrong item) I ordered beef noodle soup, but I received pork & pig blood curd! So I told the restaurant that this was the wrong item, but they replied that it was “NORMAL”! What? Is this normal for this restaurant? This is unacceptable! Until Fantuan communicated with them twice, they gave me the refund finally! Another item sub is tasteless, and they said that’s “NORMAL”, too; so they wanted me to accept the tasteless sub and refused to give me the refund. I ate half of it and couldn’t eat anymore because it was tasteless, so I threw it to the trash can. I spent half hour on this argument and got such terrible experience! Terrible food and terrible customer service; I strongly DO NOT recommend this restaurant.
這家餐廳送錯餐點還不承認！我點牛肉湯麵，送來的是豬肉豬血湯！所以我告訴餐廳菜品錯了還附上照片，結果他們回答說這個是正常！點牛肉湯麵送豬肉湯麵是正常？直到飯糰和他們溝通兩次，他們才退款。另外點的牛肉小組完全沒味道，吃了一半就扔掉了，和餐廳反應，他們也說這是正常拒絕退款！我花了半小時和這間餐廳處理這些問題，得到的是這樣的結果！令人失望的食物！糟糕透頂的客服！我絕不可能再回去，而且強烈不推薦這間餐廳
