I chose to pick-up order to avoid delivery fees despite my VIP subscription said free delivery ≦£3. My vehicle broke down on the way so I was late 1hrᕀ for pickup but they kindly held the order for me

Packaging ripped .no mint /Bsprout/lime (any garnish at all) was just a bowl of broth (not even strained properly) that taste like dishwater. Ordered 2 pho had noodles for 1.this is my pho as ordered

Flavour was great but would have been even better if the food was hot. Such a shame really. Would be nice for refund
