FYI, you would never (ever) find a Shawarma place (in Syria) that serves fries with Shawarma plates. Why do we do it here? Because we are very stubborn and strict when it comes to Shawarma. Therefore, we try to be accommodating with the fries. There's nothing special about our fries; we buy them ready-made from Restaurant Depot, pre-cut and half-fried. We cook them according to the package instructions and sell them, For sake of transparency; they will get soggy by the time they’re delivered.

Our grandfathers take on Tahini.

Premium Halal Sirloin, trimmed & sliced by our seasoned Syrian. Marinated for 24 hours in a blend of Syrian spices.
